Listen to the Natives
Abstract: "Students need to be equipped with the ethical tools and the human tools (understanding technology's role in human affairs) to effectively use this twenty-first century technology. If teachers can be trained to prepare students with those skills first, then incorporate the technology, school communities would be better served as a whole."
